આ પુસ્તક ‘વ્હાઈટ હાઉસ’ નવલકથામાં કંઈક જુદી જ વાત અને જુદું જ વાતાવરણ લઈને આવતી આ નવલકથા માત્ર અહીના જ વાચકોને નહી, વિદેશસ્થિત કોઈ પણ ગુજરાતી વાચકને ભીતરથી બેઠો કરી, બહારથી લાગતી પોતાની અતિસમૃદ્ધ જિંદગી અંદરથી કેટલી ખોખલી અને ખાલીપાથી છલકાતી છે એનો વિચાર કરતો કરી મુકે છે. અહી પૂર્વ અને પશ્વિમ વચ્ચેનો ટકરાવ નથી. પણ બંને સંસ્કૃતિની ભેખડો વચ્ચે અફળાતી અને ભીતરથી છિન્નભિન્ન થઈ વેરવિખેર થઈ જતી જિંદગીનો મૌન ચિત્કાર છે. લેખકે પોતા સુધી પહોચે એ જ લેખક વાચકના ભીતર સુધી પહોચી શકે છે, આ ક્લા સત્યને લેખકે પૂરેપૂરું પચાવ્યું છે. ઓડેને સાચું જ કહ્યું છે ‘All I Have Is A વોઈચે’ સર્જક પાસે પોતાનો અવાજ હોવો જોઈએ.

Amazing Reading… It is everything the summary states. Full of twists and turns. The main message of the book is that sooner or later karma will come back to settle things so think carefully about the decisions you make. It’s good for those you love street lit. But this is not full of the typical street lit themes. There is a lear direction that this novel takes and the usually drama is avoided as it wouldn’t have help this story plot. Also this is a short book. The storyline, foreseeable, but still a great story. The character expansion, lack depth, just a tad…
