– We accept multiple payment methods like Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, Cheque & Cash on Delivery

– Skryf want to give affordable rates for all user starting from Beginner in reading to Avid Readers. To address this we have many plans listed at Skryf Plans .
– Subscribe for any plan and either make Online payment or select COD. If Cash on Delivery is selected then we will come and collect the money on day of first delivery.
– Once you subscribe then you can request for any book and it will be delivered to you at your doorstep within 2 days.

– User needs to be logged in to add books to the List
– Add whichever books you want to read to the List
– Go to my list page and first return the book if the capacity is reached.
– Click on “Return Request”
– Once you click on return request then you will be able to reserve another book.
– On confirmation those books will be reserved.
– The delivery of the books will take place on within 72 hours.

– We will deliver books in space of 3 working days. Sunday and public holidays are excluded from working days.
– We deliver from Monday to Saturday.
– Book pickup from the library is allowed anytime between Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM & on Saturday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

If the book you need is not listed, don’t worry as you can request one and we would try and make it available for you if we get more than 2 request for same book from our subscribers.
Go to home page, and locate ‘Request Book’ at bottom of the page and click. A form would appear. Fill in the form and our representative would get back to you as soon as possible.

If you wish to sell books, go to the bottom of any page that shows “sell books”, fill the form, upload an image of the book you wish to sell and submit. Our representative would contact you soon once your request is submitted.

Terms and condition to sell books :
1) Once Skryf gets the request we will contact you explaining these terms and conditon.
2) Books will be collected from seller’s address
3) Quality of books are tested and requirement of books is analyzed in 7 to 10 Business days.
4) A quotation is send to the seller after inspection.
5) If quotation is accepted by user then the amount is paid and if it’s not accepted then books are delivered back to the seller.

– Membership can be renewed from 15 days prior of expiry of existing membership.
– Membership can also be renewed if the usage of books has reached its capacity.
