Skryf membership is non-transferable and non-refundable.
Skryf membership gives you free access to our physical library and meeting rooms.
User will have full support to order online or on phone. Though we highly recommend to view books online to access our full range at ease.
The Duration of membership depends on the usage or duration whichever is earlier.
Renewal of membership will be allowed as per following guidelines :
1) Renewal membership will be allowed to renew within last 15 days of expiring term of membership. The extension of membership would start on next day of expiring membership
2) If the usage is over of the membership then one can renew the membership right away.
Payment will be accepted as Cheque, Cash, Credit card, Debit Card or Net Banking. In case of Cheque the security deposit has to be paid in cash.
Return and Delivery of product will be performed at the same time if possible.
All the product supplied by skryf should be checked by the user. On the time of return if the product is found damaged then user will have to bear the expense related to it.
There is no time line to return the product. Though the product has to be returned at the end of tenure.
Free delivery is only applicable in your home city.
Our Delivery executive will attempt a delivery twice. Then the book will be moved back to inventory and user will have to reissue the product.
We will try to deliver books on the order placed by 12:00 PM on the same day. Though it could get delayed by a day on basis of volume of delivery.
Corporate deliveries are subject to terms and condition with each corporate.
These terms and condition can change anytime as per discretion of Skryf.
