Description:

A Fly Went By (Beginner Books) is a storybook designed for young children, who have just begun to read on their own. The new edition of this classic illustrated book is quite appealing, and revolves around a bunch of animals who are on a chase.
A Fly Went By (Beginner Books) has pictures of a small boy who is sitting by a lake, and looking up at the sky. He suddenly sees a fly going by, and decides to ask the insect where it is headed. The fly looks terrified, and says that a frog is after him so he must get out of here. Next, the boy notices the frog. He then asks this hopping creature why he is chasing the fly.
This eventually leads to a chase where cats, cows, dogs, pigs, foxes, and even a hunter is involved. A Fly Went By (Beginner Books) is a witty story, that has been written using simple words. The accompanying illustrations help kids understand the storyline better.
